If you’re reading this , you’re probably in the middle of a huge child custody battle. My heart goes out to you. I know how tough that can be. The product I’m going to tell you about will help you best prepare for that battle and hopefully give you the best chance of winning.

Please note that this is a review of the product which won my child custody battle for me. To visit the website of the product, click here.

The product, Custody Strategies is very specialized, so much so that it has information relative to whether you are the mother or father of the child. Yes, depending on who you are, there are different strategies. This is something that most people don’t know that the product makes very clear.

The book is written by two people who have over 30 years experience with child custody, Dr. Barry Bricklin and Dr. Gail Elliot.

Dr. Bricklin is a psychologist in private practice. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Widener University and has previously served on the faculty of Jefferson University and of Hahnneman University. He has served as a consultant in psychology to the Walter Reed Army Hospital Research Center, to the United States Army, to the New York Academy of Medicine, and to the Columbia Broadcasting System.

Dr. Elliot is Head, Child Development and Family Processes Research, Bricklin Associates, the Vice Chair of the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators and a psychologist in private practice. She has served as a consultant to public and private schools and coordinated multidisciplinary treatment plans. She was responsible for devising for Bricklin Associates an information-processing oriented educational therapy technique and a comprehensive college entrance service for children with serious motivational problems and low self-esteem problems.

I’m telling you this so that you understand that these people are professionals in this matter and not quacks.

The book has 15 hard hitting chapters in it, starting with the role of bias in these cases. It then goes into the most frequently made errors, 14 key strategies, all outlined in detail, false assumptions, strategies that can be used against you (very important) what your lawyer should do for you, how to get your lawyer to work harder for you, the bribed or manipulated child, physical disability, how to control costs, the best approach to use, costs involved, how to make sure a custody evaluator has the proper expertise to carry out an evaluation, what to do if you believe an evaluation has been biased and a summary.

In short, these two doctors have left nothing out. I think you will find this book to be quite thorough.

And that one book is just a fraction of what you get. I won’t go into the rest of it because there is just too much to go over. Essentially, you get a whole child custody package that will provide you with everything you will need.

At the very least, go to their site and see what they have to offer. After all, the custody of your child is at risk here and you do want to make sure that you’ve done everything possible to give yourself the best chance to win this battle.

These people saved me literally thousands of dollars in lawyer’s fees and after reading their product I knew walking in to that courtroom that I was going to win custody of my children.

Child custody is, without a doubt, one of the most emotionally draining things anybody can go through. Fighting for the right to spend time with your own child is not something I would wish on my worst enemy. Therefore, it is critical that if you find yourself in that situation that you give yourself the best chance of winning this battle. In this article, I’m going to share a few tips that should help.

First off, this is an ugly process. I am not going to say it’s not. But your goal is to win…not come off as a saint. So the first thing you need to do is to show as much documentation as you can of abuse by the other parent, either towards you or towards the child. If this can be verified by visits to the emergency room for bruises or other injuries, do so. If you can show photos of this abuse, even better. Like I said…this is an ugly process.

Conversely, you want to paint yourself in the best possible light. That means many things such as dressing properly for the hearings. Also, you want to get as many character witnesses as you can to testify to your parenting of the child. Anything that you can show to prove that you have always had the child’s best interests in the foremost of your mind is going to help your case.

On the other side of that coin, you want to be able to discredit any witnesses that your ex calls against you. If they drink, if they’re irresponsible towards their own children, are unemployed or whatever…bring out all the dirt that you can to lessen the impact of their testimony.

Make sure you get yourself a lawyer who not only specializes in child custody but one who has a killer won/loss record. You want to be as blunt with your attorney as possible. Ask how many cases he’s had and how many he’s won. Remember, this is YOUR kid you’re fighting for and you don’t want to settle for second best.

I would highly recommend getting your hands on a product which will give you all the tools you need to have at your disposal in order to legally win custody over your child. The product which I used, which literally won my custody for me, can be found here.
